About Us
Both Steve and Julie-Ann Parrott, owners of RetireEASE Senior Services, are Certified Senior Advisors. They were the first CSAs in the non-medical industry located in the Midlands. The CSA certification gives the Parrotts advanced knowledge and practical tools to serve seniors at the highest level possible. Because of their deep empathy for seniors, they are equipped to meet the needs of any client.
Our Journey Makes It Personal
Owners Julie-Ann and Steve Parrott never imagined that their personal need for help would become their purpose in life – assisting families in their greatest time of need. In 2000 Julie-Ann’s mother was diagnosed with Lou Gehrig’s disease. The slow and agonizing process of watching her lose the ability to do the smallest tasks for herself changed the way they viewed in-home healthcare. Their desire, like so many of you, was for Julie-Ann’s mother to remain in a familiar place surrounded by the people and things that she loved. Because of a local caregiving service in her area, they were able to provide the kind of care Julie-Ann’s mom needed and deserved.
Their desire is to help you do the same.
Steve and Julie-Ann find it gratifying to help seniors achieve their goals. They understand the key health issues most seniors are facing as well as the social and financial factors that are important to aging adults.
